She obtained her postgraduate degree in Dipl. Obstetrics & Gynecology from JSS Medical College, Mysuru, JSS University, Karnataka, and completed her undergraduation degree in MBBS from Sree Mookambika Institute Of Medical Sciences, Kanyakumari, MGR university, Tamil Nadu. In addition, she also holds a Diploma in Reproductive Medicine and a Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine from the University of Kiel and Schleswig Holstein KIEL, Germany.
